1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using noprod, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

noprod provides cloud development workspaces with AI-powered coding tools. Each workspace is a dedicated virtual machine running on Fly.io infrastructure with Claude pre-installed.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use noprod

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use noprod to:

• Host malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive background tasks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data

5. Workspace Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in your workspaces. noprod does not claim any rights over your code, designs, or data. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Running workspaces are automatically suspended when your subscription ends
• Suspended workspace data is retained for 7 days, then permanently destroyed

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

8. Third-Party Services

noprod integrates with third-party services including Fly.io (infrastructure), Polar (payments), and Anthropic (Claude). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

noprod is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your workspace data will be destroyed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of noprod after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
