We collect information about how you use the service, including workspace creation, session duration, and feature usage. This helps us improve the product.

Workspace Data

Your workspace files and data are stored on dedicated Fly.io volumes. We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your workspaces unless required to provide technical support you request.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the noprod service
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, billing)
  • To improve the service based on usage patterns
  • To detect and prevent abuse or security incidents

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party services necessary to operate noprod:

  • Fly.io — Infrastructure provider for workspace hosting
  • Polar — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Anthropic — Claude runs in your workspace; your interactions with Claude are governed by Anthropic's privacy policy

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and isolated workspace environments. Each workspace runs in its own virtual machine with a dedicated volume.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Workspace data on suspended machines is automatically destroyed after 7 days of inactivity. You can delete your workspace data at any time from your dashboard.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your workspace data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that track individual users.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
